2001 we started to test cars from Ford europe (Ford,Jaguar,LandRover and Aston Martin). Ford had restrictions about travelling and wished that we could have some sort of live link with video and sound, so that they could see the testobject before and after test . We contacted Visiwear and after that we had done some tests with there equipment and our customers were satisfied with this we bought two Visiwear ST 1000.

How we use the Visiwear equipment:

When we have a test and the car has been delivered to us we have a meeting to see what we are going to do with the car before test and in this moment the customer are a part of the meeting and we can ask questions.

The next time we use the videolink are usally just before test so the test engineer at Ford or our other customers can see the test setup and if he/her want to make a late change in something this is the time for it.

Then we connect just after test and show how the testresult and usally the engineers
want to have more closeup views and also still images.

We use the VisiWear equipment almost everyday, preforming around 350-400 fullscale test/year.
